Cape Breton Comets Leadership Team

Alex Johnson – Program Director
Alex has been coaching hockey for over 30 years. His passion for the game, and more importantly his passion for working with youth drives him to always go above and beyond the job description for a youth hockey coach.

Alex’s dedication to minor hockey has not gone unnoticed as he was awarded with many prestigious honors in recent years including:

– Hockey Nova Scotia Coach of the year – 2014/2015
– North Side Minor Hockey Coach of the Year- 2009/2010 and 2012/2013
