Do you only train hockey players?

No!, ASC trains all athletes from every sport.  The training program incorporates all athletic movements while taking into consideration the sport each athlete participates in

What do workouts consist of?

    • Proper warm-up routine
    • Power training that is age appropriate
    •  Strength training
    • Functional core training
    • Different styles of conditioning

What if I have a previous injury/health issue?

We are able to adjust training around certain injuries but it is also advised if you have a health issue to seek clearance from a health professional

What is the “Learn to Train” program?

The “Learn to Train” program is geared towards introducing middle school (grades 7-9) athletes to proper training.  The program is designed for this population but also accommodates middle school athletes who have trained before by progressing them in certain exercises
