FALL CONDITIONING PROGRAMS

Two/three sessions a week that are 60 minute training periods that will fit an athlete schedule in-season of their respected sport or someone who is training for the first time. A training program is based on the Long-Term Athlete Development Plan administered by Canadian Sport for Life.

Program Includes:

  • Development of strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health (conditioning) through proper training modalities and games.
  • Physical literacy movement preparation through warm-ups to assist in the overall athletic development
  • Ensure the activity is productive but also fun to ensure participation maximizes overall growth

Choose 2 out of 4 Days: $229 + HST

Choose 3 out of 4 Days: $315 + HST

Three 75 minute sessions a week that are for athletes looking to optimize their training to improve performance.  The “Train to Train” program will be for athletes who have a training background but can be catered to others that do not have that experience. These sessions are demanding but will be tailored for athletes that are “in-season”.

Program includes:

  • Major development of speed, strength, power, and the aerobic energy system through proper training
  • Build the engine for more vigorous training for sport
  • Develop proper routines for warm-up and cooldown for activity
  • Flexibility/Mobility
  • In-depth functional training for sport

2018 REMOTE TRAINING PROGRAM

Receive a personalized training program and in-season consultation from the Andrews Sport Conditioning Staff. Remote Training Program uses the Team Buildr app to share training programs, videos and communicate with athletes.

Program includes:

  • Access to Team Buildr App

  • Personalized in-season training program

  • Training feedback and monitoring by Andrews Sport Conditioning Staff

  • Flexible program based on access to gym, schedule demands, and time of season

Option 1: 4-Week Programming (Program Only): $99.97 + tax

Option 2: 4 Week Program with 1.5 hours weekly coaching: $149.97 + tax

Option 3: 4 Week Program with daily coaching: $199.97 + tax

 

2018 SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

A private program designed for those who want to select their own training partners! Create a group of 6-8 athletes and sign up as a group for private small group training with the Andrews Sport Conditioning Staff. The program will be tailored to the needs of the group.
