Registration for our camps is done through our online registration system! If it is your first time attending one of our camps you must create a new account by clicking “Login” followed by “Create New Account.” If you have been to any of our programs previously you can log in with your email and password. If you have forgotten your password please email our office to request a password reset: email@example.com.
Once logged in you can find your program under the Summer, Spring, or Fall/Winter category!
Once you’ve selected the program(s) that you wish to register for, you will choose your preferred week in the “Select a Date” drop-down box in the upper right section of the program page! Some programs only run once, but many of our programs will have more than one date to choose from.
Then, choose either Deposit (If the program allows this option) or Pay in full. Then you will see the ‘Add to Cart’ button turn red, and you can proceed to the cart for check out!
Once you are in your cart you will see the program(s) you selected. Please verify that everything is displayed correctly.
Finally, you will be brought to the ‘Billing Details’ page. Please enter all of your information, and ensure that the correct child is selected for their program(s).
Once everything is entered you can complete your registration!
Once you have placed your order online, this automatically goes to our administrative team for review and processing. Your order will stay in ‘Pending’ status until your registration is manually processed. Due to the high volume of registrations, this can sometimes take 3-4 business days.
All Summer programs are due in full by May 1st, 2023 to ensure your child is not removed from the roster. After May 1st, we have to remove registrants for non-payment to make room for those who are on the waiting list.
Our Elite travel teams (Riptide/Coyotes/AFTI) must have their registrations paid in full by February 1st, 2023 to ensure commitment as the tournaments will be booked for your team. After this date, your child will not be permitted to participate in the team practices for insurance purposes.
Our 2Line Programs and Skills Academy are due in full at the time of registration. We do not have a deadline for payments, as we continue to take registrations until the groups fill up. These programs do fill up fast, so we encourage you to place your order earlier on to avoid disappointment!
Similar to our Spring 2Line programs, we do not have a specific deadline for registrations. We will take the registrations until the group is at capacity. Please place your order earlier to avoid disappointment!
If you chose to put down the $200+hst deposit, this is fully refundable until April 1st, 2023. The remaining balance is refundable until May 1st, 2023. We are unable to offer any refunds after that date.
All other programs are non-refundable upon registration.
Your daily schedule for the week will be emailed to you approximately 7 days prior to the start of your program.
For our elite travel teams (Riptide/Coyotes/AFTI), your coach will send your tournament dates by March 1st. You will have your practice schedule by the last week of March once all of the ice times have been officially booked.
PEI 2Line & Skills Academy:
You will have your official schedule by March 22nd. Since most of the registrations come in closer to the start date, we are not able to create the schedule until all participants have registered. All games or on-ice development will run for 8 weeks during April & May 2023.
If you are interested in one of our Elite programs that state they are a ‘Request Invitation’ level program, this means that each registration must be approved by our senior staff to ensure the program is suitable for your child’s development and confidence!
